They say no news is good news, but I'd rather hear rambling than nothing.
We had a very good Christmas, Santa was very good to us this year, I always wish we could spend more time getting down to the true meaning of Christmas, but that's no one's fault but my own.
We had a TON of snow on Christmas Day, but we were able to make it to see both Families, and to the movie theater. Then the day after we had MORE snow. I was beginning to wonder if it would ever stop snowing. It did, but I'm suspicious.... Saturday night we played Apples to Apples with all of the Family that was in town (on the Campbell side) we had so much fun and we pretty much decided mom cheats...that or is VERY good. She not only won the normal round, but also the extended round. A couple weeks ago I got to see the baby, the heart was split into two chambers but was beating steady (normally between now and 9 weeks the heart finishes splitting into 4 chambers ) . On the 13th of January we will have a second ultra sound at that point we'll be able to see for sure how well he or she is doing....no gender yet, that will come later. (I'm not a surprise kinda girl)
I am having a hard time with the knowledge that Luke will be 2 next week....He's just not a baby anymore, and that's hard.
For those of you who knew we even HAD a camping trailer...We've sold it. We only took it out 1 time, and we just couldn't justify the $40 a month it was costing to store. We will use the money to finally pay off our Harlie (the kid not the bike, the bike is a yamaha and paid for) as we only had insurance through half of her hospital stay when she was born and we have slowly (but surely) been paying it off. It will be nice to be out from under that debt.
I guess that's it for now...No pictures...bummer. Maybe I'll get around to uploading our Christmas pictures....To be continued...

Oh Harlie
Harlie: "Mom, why did dad take the keys out, now I can't listen to the radio"
Me: "Because honey, he can't have the keys in the ignition while he pumps gas"
Harlie: "But I really like the radio"
Me: "he can't have keys in the ignition while he gets gas"
Harlie:" Ignition?..........I don't understand I speak spanish" While crossing her arms
Me: "What Spanish can you speak? "
Harlie: " Audios....THAT MEANS BYE"
*singing go diago go*

Blog URL is slightly inacurate.
Should I change it to campbellsfive.blogspot.com at the beginning of August?

Oh Christmas Tree,....
On Friday we went to get our Christmas Tree, at the tree lot they had a sleigh, and 2 reindeer, the kids got all geeked out about the reindeer...
Harlie loves all things living, she loved the tree lot, her favorite was the Pink Flocked tree...She asked I said no......
Lucas loved the trees too, he fell asleep before we got there so most of the time spent there
He was very groggy.
They found THE ONE, and we brought it home to decorate, the kids loved the whole tree picking experience, it was really fun. Harlie is starting to get old enough that she knows what happens at holidays and she gets very excited about them, she looks under the tree every morning waiting for the time Santa came and brought her presents. Luke gets excited about what Harlie gets excited about, he especially loves the ornaments, now only if he would leave them on the tree.
